TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Services Provided
Fighting Grime LLC (“the Company”) provides exterior and interior cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning and debris removal
- House cleaning (regular, deep, and targeted cleaning)
- Oven cleaning
- Tile and grout cleaning
- Concrete, driveway, and walkway pressure washing
- Additional related cleaning services as requested and approved
All services are subject to assessment and availability.
2. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes provided through QuoteIQ or any other communication method are estimates based on the information provided by the customer.
- Final pricing may be adjusted if conditions differ from the information originally provided (example: excessive buildup, access issues, undisclosed repairs, additional square footage).
- Customers will be notified of pricing changes before work begins.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Scheduling and Access
- Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring service.
- For interior services, the customer must ensure pets are secured and personal items are moved from areas needing cleaning.
- Missed appointments or failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50 percent of the quoted service price.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, or digital payment methods supported by the Company.
- Late payments may incur a fee of 5 percent per week until resolved.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information during booking.
- Remove fragile, valuable, or sensitive items from areas being serviced.
- Notify the Company of preexisting damage or safety hazards.
6. Liability and Damages
- The Company carries general liability insurance.
- The Company is not responsible for preexisting damage, deterioration due to age, wear and tear, or unstable materials (example: brittle window screens, old gutters, loose grout).
- Pressure washing may reveal existing concrete imperfections or paint issues; the Company is not liable for defects uncovered during cleaning.
7. Weather Policy
- For safety and quality concerns, services may be postponed due to inclement weather such as heavy rain, lightning, strong winds, or freezing temperatures.
- The Company will reschedule at the earliest available date.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
- Customers must report any concerns within 48 hours of service completion.
- The Company will make reasonable efforts to correct issues at no additional charge.
- After 48 hours, touch-ups may incur an additional fee.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a fee of up to 50 percent of the service cost.
- Excessive last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.
10. Safety Policies
- The Company reserves the right to refuse service in environments deemed unsafe or unsanitary.
- Services involving ladders, roofs, or elevated areas are performed only when safe conditions exist.
11. Property Access and Water/Electricity Use
- Many services require access to outdoor water spigots and standard electrical outlets.
- The customer authorizes the use of on-site water and electricity as needed.
12. Privacy
- Customer information collected through QuoteIQ or other communication methods is used solely for scheduling, billing, and service delivery.
- The Company does not sell or share customer information with third parties.
13. Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be made available on QuoteIQ or the Company’s website when applicable.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with Fighting Grime LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
